Met with local small town shroomerite. It's awkward now.

A few of us out here in 500-2500 population small towns decided to get together at a mycology club and meet up. A few of us went first to meet the rest and everything was shroomy. Myself and another poster met someone local who is just shady. This person knows our user handles and this poster knows mine.

I feel awkward posting. I feel awkward seeing this person at the market or getting petrol/gas. We are trying to shake the try-hard because they are a sheisty person. I know people say go with your gut if something isn't right. I don't want to be the first to say narc but others alluded to how said poster would be the first with loose lips. And the person stinks, is rude, has no manners for a helpful and growing farm community.

By no means am I Jesus Christ. I've had (and have) my own pitfalls.

I'm really uncomfortable around this person and now posting on the boards. I rarely have posted the last few years but when I do it's going to stick out to this person. Can't seem to shake them without being uncomfortably rude but I can't bear to smoke mj around them. Terrible uncomfortable high and the skeeze just bleeds out of them.

I don't want to make a new account. I can't be the first to experience this?

its not really that awkward.  ive met people who post on the board and quiet often you dont find out for awhile.  It isnt until you go websurfing on your phone or something when they see your on the shroomery and are like 'o man, your on that site too?'.  has happened at least once.  Some of my friends took my lead and signed up for accounts here just because they always see me websurfing on the site.  Awkward? hardly.  I guess the most you have to worry about is someone trolling on your username, looking over your post and stuff.  Not really that big of a deal unless its like your parents or something trying to see what you been up to.

I think murder might be your only option. I recommend drugging them, and then taping a plastic bag over their head when they pass out. Then when all life has fled from their, stinking, worthless, skeezy body you can dissolve their remains in lye. This is the only way. God speed, my friend.

No no no.. You drug them and then cover a room in plastic. Tie them to a table and kill them, then dismember them and wrap them in plastic. You then dump them off a boat in the ocean. THAT is the only way.

It would be different if it was just me having an issue with this person, #7. Obvious scumbag is obvious. It's a small town and a small board and I just can't shake this person. It's annoying as hell.

I met a shroomerite once who was the biggest piece of shit I have ever met. Dude showed up and right away had a sketchy vibe, started smoking stims all the time, lied compulsively despite being caught over and over, stole from at least 3 people that I found out about, sold me 25i as LSD, and then attempted to extort me for money.

He knew where I lived so I made it real fucking clear that it was time to leave town, and he did. If I ever see him again I'm going to beat the shit out of him without remorse or saying a single word. If he shows back up in my town I will break his fucking legs and leave him on a construction site at the edge of the state lines.

Never going to meet anyone else from this site again after that. I should add that the 25i fiasco happened early on before I knew he was a junky thief. The rest of his drugs were legit so I thought it would be too. I often regret not beating him down the last time I saw him but I just wanted him gone.

No. It's the vouching for them for a large regional myco club and having them be a junkie thief that bothers me the most. I think taking my edible grows down is a good first step and making a new account be the second. We were sitting down to hors d'oeuvres and the first thing he asks is "how many of these hippies do you think would buy mush or trip?" Ugh. Everyone looked over at this person with disgust. Then jewelry ends up missing from the coordinator's house and this person suddenly has a few hundred extra dollars by the weekend. I'm ashamed to have brought this person to the group and also the myco meeting. I still have to see them around town regardless. As far as problems meeting people, no, I have problems when I meet untrustworthy and rude junkies and give them the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned I guess. At least 7 of 8 people weren't scumbags.

i met someone on here a long time ago, we met at a cafe and right off the get go he pulled a vial of dmt out that he was wearing on a necklace to give it more energy, started talking about synths and extractions, and it was too much for my nineteen year old self.

I was halfway meeting up with him (i initiated it, seeing his location was the same as my homestate) because i was looking for a hookup, but felt guilty about it and was unsure of myself/new to drugs, but this guy was too much, it was nuts.

I got all awkward and was like "I gotta go" and i got the fuck out of the public place we met up at.
