How the hell did I miss Gorillaz?

First time I heard this band was in 2005 when "Feel Good Inc" was playing on MTV. I thought "hey cool ass song" but never really looked any deeper into the band until last week.

HOLY SHIT they have some good music! I fell in love with the
characters, music, animation and all.

I wanna list my favorites but most of them have become my favorites. Can't get enough of Stylo, All Alone, Tommorrow becomes Today, Dirty Harry, El Mañana, Dare, I mean shit, the list goes on. I really hope Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett pull through on the next Album.

This band isn't even real and it kicks most of today's shit in the teeth.

Have you listened to Plastic Beach yet? I wasn't crazy about it when it first came out but it really grew on me and has become one of my favorite albums ever.

As for the whole album, yeah. One thing I've noticed about Gorillaz is that their albums seem to mature with each one.
No doubt Demon Days is still the best, but Plastic Beach is pretty damn solid with some really incredible songs.

I can only hope hope their next album (sorta confirmed) surpasses Demon Days since everyone in the animated world is united again.
