Thinkin today is the day to make some ganja brownies

Now that I've started harvesting. I've got a good size bag of sugar leaves. Need to go to the store and pick up some coconut oil. Not sure if I wanna check out the asian marts around here to see if I can find it cheap, or just go to Whole Foods and pay too much for it.

I can't wait to have my first batch of brownies from my first grow.

The bud turned out REAL nice too!

Mmmm I'm envious! I've always wanted to try edibles, especially brownies. :drooling:

Let us know how they turn out! I have a friend who is doing a grow and if all goes well I shall be making some brownies soon myself.

Congrats on your first harvest! How much did you yield per light? And if I'm going to ask that, I should probably know what lights you went with as well.

I love brownies!

I havent grown my own for ages but I just get premium bud and use that. Guy in the shop freaked out when I told I was going to cook up his price winning dope  :grin:

That's hardcore using primo bud for it. I always just use the frosty sugar leaves. I've used fan leaves too, but you gotta use a shitload and it never really comes out as strong as the sugar leaf stuff.

Ooooohhhhhhh. I wish I could have taken a photo of my face when I read that, it would have made your day. That's all I needed to hear to know you got a GREAT yield. No bulb can substitute the bulb in the sky!

It's a decent yield. The plants prematurely flowered from going from a clone room to outdoors, but they are still producing decent and it's nice that they are maturing so early with no lack of potency. The one that finished first (the Private Reserve OG) came out a little loose, but super frosty, fragrant and delicious. 100% organic nutrients too with zero pesticides used.

My Fire OG plants are about to finish up and they are looking ridiculous. Sampled some a little early and already SUPER bomb. SO frosty! Way better density too. Almost a bit more dense than I prefer actually. I like to be able to smoke my buds without using a grinder.

It's my first MJ grow, but I've been a gardener for a long time and have worked in garden centers for a long time as well as having had quite a few grower friends over the years. I'm pretty impressed with how well it is turning out.
