Pork Tenderloin

Pork Tenderloin is one of my favorite things to cook, and personally I believe it is one of the most flavorful cuts. I'm just wondering what some of your favorite recipes are that I could try out :smile:

brine it in equal parts sugar/salt bay leave rosemary for 3-4 hours, pan sear it real hard and hit with a lil mustard butter sauce, over a bed of carmalized porcinis and cippolini onions, and a glass of dark beer. :boobs:
