An ecig juice will never taste like x brand of cigarettes. For the most part, they start to taste like crap after you stop smoking them. You end up getting a more pipe style tobacco with various flavors. Of course you can also get flavors that mimic just about any candy, cake, drink, whatever you can imagine. The hard part is finding one that does it right. 20 vendors might do the same flavor, but maybe 12 do it similar, 5 do it pretty good and 2 do it just like that thing should taste like and 1 tastes exactly like "you" think it tastes like.

Aside from just the flavor of the juice you also have a mind numbing amount of ways to vape that. Just to start it off, I can vape a juice at 4.2 volts on my KGO with a drip tip and it will taste grand. I can change out the drip tip and use a single coil clearomizir or a dual coil tank and it will taste fine. If I use a dual coil clearomizor it wont work well, unacceptable vapor and taste. Of course if I use a tank with a differant Ohm coil it will suck. If I use my Vision Spinner (variable voltage) I can vape one kind of juice at 4.8 volts and it will be grand, but another needs to be at 4.2v, or 4.5v. Now those little increments don't matter a lot, but they will change the flavor just enough to make it important with quality juice.

It's all a :header:

I still am stupified by a lot of the higher end stuff. Rebuildable drip tanks that you have to buy the wic and wire and to the wrapping yourself and check the ohms so you know what volts or watts you send to it and then...... WHAT :header:

QFT

The throat burn is normal, you might get a little dehydrated and dizzy too if ya use it too much. if you start using them regularly the throat burn and dehydration will disappear in a few days.

those little cheapo ones... the battery will probably die before you vape all the juice

www.volcanoecigs.com

Cig free for a year tomorrow thanks to these two places. I like Halo's juices. Volcano has good juice too but the batteries and tanks are really nice and have a 1 year warranty. Its worth the investment if you wish to stop smoking cigarettes. Its cheaper as well, my smokes used to be less than 3 bucks a pack, and I still save money using the E cig

I think that is why some people get hooked and spend more than they ever did smoking regular smoke.

It becomes a hobby and collection of sorts(like pot pipes/bongs). Fuck if I was rich I would probably do the same but I am not that nuts, and I am kind of poor, so i keep it simple.

I am hoping by another year or so I can stop all together.

My main problem with smoking was the actual oral fixation, I guess you would call it. Bored, have a smoke.

I got my girl an ecig starter kit from joyetech to help her quit.
She never quit, but the kit came with two; and now I'm kind of hooked on them.

I never smoked cigarettes because of the toll they took on my lungs, but ecigs are nice to catch a little buzz when I'm on something else.

Also, if the box says its like, 1.4% nicotine... How many MG is that? Like 6 puffs or so, compared to a cigarette.

Cuz i noticed i take like 12 puffs from this e cig before i quit puffing.

Well the average cigarette contains .05% nicotine. So do the math.

I had mango flavor and that gum that they used to have 10 years ago with the metal can and it was like pink orange and green and they had tattoes on the paper of the gum and the gum was assorted with the colors.

Anyone know which gum im talking about?

I called it zebra gum.

also the percentage of nicotine in Ecig juice is measured by weight, not volume if that makes any difference ... or any sense:confused:

It is confusing.
It pretty much goes like this for juice:
24mg Full Flavor
18mg medium
12mg light
06mg super ultra lights
00mg I just like the flavor

The problem happens when you get a good ecig setup and that 18mg juice hits you like a fucking train. Reason being, super amounts of vape. Nothing like a crappy setup with 24mg or higher juice and a weak vape. When you start using the ptoper setup you will want to drop down in mg's, if you don't cut back in hits.

I vape 12 mg, but I probably take more puffs than I did with a regular smoke. I mean, I don't have to go out side, it's a little to handy, and damn... it tastes good. I'll probably go to 6mg here in a month or so and vape the same.

From a man that grew mushrooms for the first time via spore print>LC>WBS>compost mix of cow/horse/sheep dungs mixed with aged straw and verm...but, the learning curve involved in researching the e-cigs was too much. Maybe the interest just wasn't there:wink:

The 'Nicorette inhalator' on the other hand was simple, straight forward and more to the point, available on free prescription, if your unemployed, for the first twelve weeks.

They may not be as 'cool' as the fancy glowing e-cigs, but fuck that, I'm too old for worrying about "cool"

Oh, I should add that I haven't smoked since 20/6/12. After 30+ years of smoking roll-ups, and ~five of smoking ready rolled, when I was a kid.
I'm really pleased with them/myself"

Just to add a word of caution, when the cartridges are new they can be a little harsh on the throat if you inhale too deeply. you don't actually need to inhale at all really as enough nicotine will be absorbed through the tongue/mouth to relieve withdrawal symptoms.

Well im a little pissed off, the end of it started blinking. I couldnt hit it, i thought it was out so i threw it away in a parking lot.

Well, i looked it up when i got home, turns out i just needed to put the battery in a recharger

So, i probably threw away 1/2 of the nicotine in there
