The biggest problem I have with quitting cigarettes is that there are so many times a day where I find I have nothing better to do than just to smoke a cigarette. For example when I'm waiting for the bus. I really need to stop mixing my weed with tobacco. It's how the whole stupid habit started.

I'm going to start up again tomorrow, I quit because of the stigma that surrounds it, but now I realize I don't really care. It's something I enjoy doing so ill keep dipping.

My teeth will be fine, however I'm going to dip twice a day tops, no more all day dipping. Plus I got a little tolerance break out of this.

About the nicotine gum... YES you are just replacing one form with another, but it's way less likely to cause cancer than smoke or dip..

You are right about the ADDITIVES to cigarettes... luckily for me I smoke American Spirits, and the organic kind, so not only am I just smoke pure Tobbaco, but there are no pesticides sprayed on them.

I have no problem quitting, TBH... I'm just a creature of habit that likes to smoke... plus I drink, which is really bad for quitting smoking lol, cause it feels so good.

I don't think caffeine and nicotine are as addictive as each other... I rarely drink coffee, and I get by with smoke three or 4 cigs a day. BUt I want smoke more than the coffee..

Dip is just really gross to me.... but smoke is way worse for the lungs.. I use nicotine gum at work when I really get pissed at coworkers/customers, etc.... works wonders.
