Have you ever tried Pork Roll (Taylor ham)

It is a regional food in the NJ area, and I'm curious as to who has tried it.  Its a staple breakfast food in NJ, and I feel sorry for those of you that have never had it.

Never had it till I moved to Jersey. Shit's delicious.

Another regional pork product (from PA): scrapple. Have you had it? I think it's pretty damn good if cooked right, despite what it's made of.

DIfferent company.  SPAM sucks, pork roll is delicious.  They taste nothing alike, it pisses me off that people compare them.  Its more similar to canadian bacon, but its still not very similar in taste.

Case's is pretty shitty, Taylor and Trenton (both made from same company) are only 2 worth eating.

say pork is unhealthy? my great grandmother didnt eat beef, the staple meat in
her diet was pork, she died at 94, I suppose it was the pork that killed her
what with the bacon grease being poured over biscuits for breakfast and lunch
every day for more than 80 years
