That was almost 3 years ago, and I am serving my probation like a good little criminal.

I’ve been really busy in my personal life which is why I haven’t been around much – I’m working 9-5 again, and I moved apartments which was a chaotic disaster partly because members of my family and my boyfriend’s family have been very very sick, in and out of the hospital.  So yeah, it’s been kind of a rollercoaster.

It is nice to know that my shroomery brethren care!  Speaking of people who haven’t been around in a while – someone mentioned Arden?  I miss that guy too!

Moving (as we perpetually are) is not without its share of challenges and frustrations, but those seem to be part-and-parcel of the growth spurts and life lessons that flow from change. Hindsight is 20/20, as they say, and the hitherto blurry lenses are usually rose-colored once you emerge from the thick of it. "It's always darkest before dawn." I have a feeling you're doing just fine.

Family drama can be a lovely thing, if for no other reason for the fact it represents our emotional communion and supportive action with our loved ones. Many folks don't have someone to call, or anyone who cares. And to nurture relationships with people who we know will be around through thick and thin is a great thing. It's the sacred ecology our frazzled Urbania has all but forgotten.

As for work, something tells me you're already doing the great work.
