PGroove fucking blows? You rep two of the worst bands on the scene harder than anyone here. Brock is extremely talented and PGroove is only going on hiatus. Once Brock gets his shit together I know they will continue to play.

OP, check out The Indobox. They play a lot of covers but they have some originals also. Some really talented guys.

STS9 sucks, I'll agree with you on the biscuits though. And Brock is talented. Pgroove is awesome, they are just inconsistent sometimes. Brock is a super cool guy though, he just has some issues right now.

I like both of those bands (Schwag and Mountain Sprout), I've seen Mountain Sprout a few times over the last year, been a while since I've seen Schwag.
