Started an Etsy for my 3D glass work

posted this in arts and music, but to be honest, thats the first time ive entered that subforum.. so pubbers, my people..

  check it out, i'm trying to quit work and move (romantic in me) out of bumfuck cold in the winter smells like manure in the summer hickass central PA. with that said much love and I hope you all get some joy out of my work

very cool! what do you use to bond the edges of the glass?

copper foil then soldered with lead. yeah lead. im killing myself.

but yeah it takes a couple minutes, maybe 30 to sign up and list something.

Like selling on ebay kinda if youve done that

working with lead huh? make sure you do a heavy metal cleanse every 6 months if you work with it daily. I work with aluminum and copper and I'm sure I've inhaled some dust.

So it's free to create an etsy account? I've never sold on ebay before.
Do they take a commission from every sale?

Having a shop Free There’s no monthly membership.
Listing an item $.20 US each Listings expire after four months.
Selling an item 3.5% 3.5% of the selling price. This does not include any shipping or tax rates you may charge.
Direct checkout
credit cards: 3% + $.25 US

These are the fees for getting paid with these methods.
Search Ads
variable Sellers set their own budget to promote items at the top of search results pages.


All fees (except for direct checkout fees) are applied to a seller's Etsy bill. There's no charge for editing a listing.

Do you use those white bars to clean your sodering iron? I can still remember the awful smell of those from shop class.

ive been using some liquid cleaner that gets the lead to ball up and wipe away clean. Smells like yellow brown burning sugar or something. not sold in cali
