help me beautify my car

i'm going to be painting my car's interior, making cool
seat covers and such.


i want to face my dash with acrylic stuff (like you make bongs
out of) and then splash it with isopropanol to give it a fractalized,
shattered look.


is this possible/practical?

i posted this in otd and got no response, and the mods didn't move
it for me when asked. so please, forgive me for cross-posting.

Have you tried using isopropanol to give acrylic a "fractalized" look before.

If that works, douse the acrylic face in isopropanol first, then all you would need to do is glue/screw the face to your dash.

P.S.
Measure the dimensions of your dashboard before you order the acrylic.
