Then burglarize the cops home and go as directly as possible to the main bedroom and empty the dresser drawers of the man's dresser and ransack the closet. Also snatch anything else small and of value that you see (and wear gloves). Now you have acquired stolen guns for planting on your mark. Do this operation quickly in broad daylight, should be 2-3 minutes total, and consider it to be a black op mission. Plan it properly doing surveillance of the area.

Obtain access to your mark's home or vehicle. Plant the items used for pop bottle meth manufacture along with a few grams of meth, a scale, tiny drug baggies, and the stolen guns. Then go directly to the local narco swine and swear an affidavit that you know he's manufacturing meth and have bought some from him in his home. That'll get him raided fast. Along with the drug manufacture charges he'll be facing another charge from the stolen gun that is from the burglary of a law enforcement official.
