    #17560464 -

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Perjory? Perjury.. Is making a false statement under oath.

No. Executive Orders can't lie. They may be unconstitutional, but that is not a crime. Congress writes unconstitutional laws all the time. If a court overturns them because they are found unconstitutional, the law is no longer valid. The people who wrote the law don't go to jail. Sometimes the court will advise lawmakers in changes that would fix the problem.

Same thing with executive orders.

Simple pris executive orders are acted upon as law. enforced by government mandate. Therefore going against the constitution that any civil servant swears to uphold. That is lying under oath.

perjury
noun lying under oath, false statement, forswearing, bearing false witness, giving false testimony, false oath, oath breaking, false swearing, violation of an oath, wilful falsehood The witness is now facing charges of perjury.

find me one place in our constitution where it says the executive branch of our government may make laws. Executive orders are construed as laws in the fact they are enforced by the government just as a law would be enforced.

Well, they have been used for a long time and nobody has ruled them unconstitutional. If they were, we would have heard by now.

I'm not paying any attention to this anymore, but executive orders tell an agency how they should do business.

You may not want to pay attention but how do you rule a non-law unconstitutional? And yet the still nagging question when the guy with a gun shows up at your door what to do then?
