You know I have a skydiving place in my town and have never been skydiving lol.

Awesome, there is a place nearby that does that.
Maybe someday, although I don't know if the wife will follow.
I don't like heights, I get that weird virtigo on cliffs but my old boss told me it's different when you are up there. He was a pilot and would get vertigo on a cliff but up in a place or maybe just being that high it is completely different.

i wanna do this, being on the harness of another jumper.

if i ever could manage to pull it off, i'd want to take a fat rip of dmt right before the jump, not on the first time obviously.


although i would probably only be able to wittness the first few seconds of the jump before i realized i was on the ground

When do you get to go solo diving?
Is it mandatory to go double on your first time?

I remember watching this as a kid on power rangers, I was like daaammmnnnn I wanna do that

Him and my friends instructor wore no gloves in return for my no shoes or gloves.
Which sucks when you have to pull a bunch of strings and steer a parachute.

for me it was nothing like that. i get a bit uneasy standing at the edge of a big cliff or a big rock  but when theirs nothing below but open space i felt nothing but eagerness to get out the door! but then again, my friend said leaving the plane was terrifying lol so :shrug:

Once you hit terminal velocity, it barely even feels like your falling anymore.
It just seems like your floating their until you start to near the earth.

im not sure how regulations differ between localaties but here i can only go solo unattended if i have my A license but during the A license course you do 10 solo dives.
