there were no scientists looking at it, just an FAA instructor/airline pilot
if scientists had been there then they'd have set up high speed cameras and
captured a real image of the shit in slo-mo then we could see...

Does anyone remember the phenomena of 'rods' and how they were caught on camera, but not seen by naked eye?  And all the speculation that 'rods' were alien craft moving too fast to see?  Turned out they were high-speed insects flying across the lens of the camera.

Dunno what it is, and not going to try and de-bunk it.
But I'm pretty sure it isn't a balloon. Going up faster than the human eye, and going back down at the same rate.
Though, I'm not great with balloons, and balloon structure. Maybe it's possible to shoot a balloon that high in the air, that fast, and suck it back down, in no particular pattern.

Either way it's an Unidentified flying object. But then again, when I see an air-plane in the sky it's also a UFO, as I don't know if it's a Jet, or a 747. If I can't Identify it, it's a UFO.

What are you talking about? The scientific method dictates that you should just capture a grainy image of what you're studying and then do analyses from watching that.

IF there are aliens or an alien race and they have the technology to travel lightyears from their inhabitable planet to ours then i doubt they'd be "friendly" per say...

they would be so much more advanced then us and view us as lesser, more stupid beings. Kinda like how we view most animals (like cows, chickens, etc.)

and what do we do to those animals? we eat them.

which is why i dont like that we're sending out those messages into space, its basically saying "hey! primitive race here! we taste really good!"

thats IF an alien race exists and IF they are 1000s of years ahead of us technologically...which when considering the massive size of the universe its hard to completely rule that idea out.
