It's not a good idea to masturbate frequently, once a day is too often. I'd say if you can develop your self control to where you can masturbate once a week then that would be ideal.

I don't know if that is healthy to do all the time, it seems unnatural.  I feel like things would get backed up and it is better to take little breaks to recover. 

I'd just as soon have three medium orgasms in an hour than one large one.  The second or third one usually feels better anyway, the first one can feel a bit numb.

I have too much energy if anything and I am constantly frustrated.  I have just come to accept sexual frustration as part of the human condition.  I prefer to think of myself as an animal, not some fanciful stack of supernatural chakras that can be harnessed to achieve some sort of perfection.

I like to masturbate and have sex because I like sexual stimulation.  I am capable of denying myself pleasure, and sometimes I do so that I will get all worked up, but I don't see what is wrong with jerking 5 or 10 times in a day if I feel like doing that.

Resistance to what?  Friction?

Sex is really different than masturbation for psycological reasons.  It is practice like video games are practice for war.  I masturbate because I enjoy sexual stimulation, not because I think it makes sex better.
