I remember doing that on an old laptop of mine, just so it could run smoother.

What are you computer's specs?

Intel Atom Processor 1.33GHz
1GB DDR3 RAM
8GB Solid-State Hard Drive
10.1-Inch Screen, Intel UMA

its an Asus x101. it came with meegoo linux but I put xp on. when I upgrade the ram to 2gb I'll put on win7. overall it runs pretty well biggest drawback is it can't stream 720p or play 1080p mkv.

heyy, Windows 7 actually runs smoother than windows xp, and only requires 512mb, since your using a swap file you really have like 2.5gigs of virtual ram + 1 of the real ram on a 32bit os, more for 64bit. your ssd is fast so its like having extra ram if its not filled up and swapfile is enabled you use it, its on by default.

try turning hardware acceleration off for streaming, I'm not sure if it would work ok or even use windows 7 transparency but 7 always runs wayy better.  mpc uses the least resources also, I use this so I can mine and watch shows but vlc and players will be choppy.

I just got all of pyrate99's pics posted, thank you very much pyrate99

I think I put up a torrent, in-case someone wants to get all 129 pics quick and easy, should be as long as I have it open.

still haven't gotten tired of these.

Haha, Die Antwoord wanted people to remix their a capella of "This is Why I'm Hot." I worked on it for a long ass time, then abruptly lost interest in them, haha.
