dark sides funny, it's by far my favorite album, but i can only listen to it once every 6 months or so. don't ever want it to be 'old'

i listened to it the whole way through last night and thought damn good album but i couldn't believe it was already over. and also the fact that i already knew all the songs without even realizing it. seems to be the only floyd tunes the radio plays :ifyoucanawe:

i've heard their tunes but never actually sat there and listened to the album straight through. but on the classic rock station here they play the shit out of them.....the same fucking songs over....and over lol

fun fact: pink floyd was my absolute favorite band when i was a kid. i was about 11 when i first got into them, and they are still one of my favorite bands. whats interesting is that now i'm actually into psychedelics and i have never once wanted to listen to them while tripping...not once (so far anyways). i'd say animals is probably my favorite floyd album.

you can't listen to anything from the 60's/early 70's if it's not in album fashion. that's how it was designed to be listened to maaan.

Yeah same, I just want it because it was my Dad's from way back in the day and has his name on it. Also it still has the stickers/posters.

i'd pay any amount of money to see a reunion show, i didn't really care when waters' was touring because i don't really like him, but gilmour is a fucking master, i'd say he's just about as good as hendrix.
