Viagra makes chicks horny as well dude.  So does MDMA, 6-APB, Methylone, Mephedrone, Methamphetamine..  Pretty much every amphetamine actually.  But Viagra works on women like it does on men.  It just increases blood flow to the genital area, so it has the same sort of effect on a woman as it does on a man, just in a different way.

Every chemical that makes a man horny also makes a woman horny. Testosterone is responsible for sex drive, and men tend to have a greater sex drive than women for this reason though not by an insane amount, and also anyone without a relevant medical condition can get as horny as the next person if they know what they like and want to get horny.
