Got a popup to save a file

When clicking on one of the forums I get the dialog box that said I chose to download a file and how to deal with it. The file was called "Classifiedview.php". I chose to open it with notepad and the following is cut and pasted from notepad.

A .php is a file type meant to run WITHIN the website.  .php usually has to do with like... processing forms on the internet

You shouldn't need to 'view' it.  Possibly there is a bug within the site or some such.

That was why I reported it. I figured it was an Easter egg that malfunctioned or something, like the reverse screen thing.
