Help me register at XDA devlopers PLZ!!!

Howdy guys, let me cut to the chase. I am trying to register at XDA-Developers, it is a forum that is about jail broken android phones. Well, I can't get good internet where I live, so I just use my android's wifi hotspot to browse the net, but everytime I try going to XDA-Devlopers and registering they block my I.P, you can sign into your XDA-Developers account via your phone, but you just can't register using it. So, can someone please make an account with the username Mr. Derp and make whatever password you want. And send me the username and password to my private message, so I can change it and use it as my account?
