and that's good, make sure you have some sort of documentation from whom ever is running the classes and give to your lawyer and they might be able to work something out with the DA.

I know how you feel when you're in trouble for a victim less crime. sucks bruh

What people said about the army over air force is very true.  My father was in charge of the recruiters in Ohio, my uncle was a 2 star general, my brothers are both in, and my grandpa was.  My uncle on my other side was in the army but got discharged....anyways everything my dad has told me is the air force is by far the strictest and since it is a sure job if you qualify so many people have swamped the armed forces lately that they are not doing any waivers for law or health reasons.  The army and marines are much more laid back about the law issues so that is definitely your best bet.  With felonies, however, I am not sure that you will be able to go to any of them.  Best of luck man, sorry this happened to you.

no, i don't have felonies, as in they were dropped to mis demeanors, my bad, if the judge violates me then i will have two c felonies.. does that change it at all?

the mis demeanors are going to be wiped off my record clean. and I'm determined to be in the air force, but if i have to, ill settle for the army , and then marines although id rather not be a grunt, but if its my only option ima go for it

I dont think so. on your sentencing papers by the court if it says misdemeanors then its a misdemeanors, now you gotta pass probation period for those to be wiped off. if not they will stay.

Sorry misunderstood about the flint.  You may be able to make the air force but it will be tough.  Friends of mine have been kicked out for duis but they can waive things for you if all of your testing is high.  You most likely are looking at extended probation however, though it is quite possible I'm wrong.

if it is a scumbag dealer who also deals heroin and other drugs.. well I'm going to right his ass up a ticket, because while i believe All drugs should be legal, i don't believe it should be given out freely by any dosage by someone who isn't registered or legally allowed to do so..

but anyways, there are many cops who don't arrest or give out tickets for marijuana, there's even that new organization i forgot the name made by cops who are against it.

You need to re-think your choice to become a police officer.
You're not going to have a choice whether or not you write someone who's possessing marijuana a ticket. You can't just enforce the laws you want to enforce, that's ludicrous and it's the definition of a dirty cop.

You think, if you catch a drug dealer, you're going to write them a ticket?

You're going to take them to jail for a long time. You're going to ruin this person's life.

Don't you realize that drug dealers are the product of failed program? They wouldn't be there if drugs were legal. Laws and police create the black market and the drug dealers which you despise.

I hope the judge throws the book at you, and he probably will since you already have two felonies.  :crankey:

I do too.. And then maybe you can understand how terrible jail is.. and how someones life is ruined because of a bs law.
@Op, maybe its cause your young but your double standard is appalling as well.
Also good luck being a member of L.E.A.P and also being employed by the police force :lmafo:

well after talking to a few cops who said they too had a felony when they were younger but wer under youthful offender like me, im 100 percent sure its possible dickhead.:sploosh:

also, i had court today and the judge dismissed my marijuana charge :feelsgoodman:
