Tripping at a Juggling festival. * 1

So, I'm thinking about tripping at a juggling festival sometime this weekend.  But, I can't find a buddy to commit to go.  A couple people said maybe, then backed out.  I'm not sure if I want to trip alone and be a spectator, or just go sober and juggle. 

  Also, if I do trip, I can't decide between a medium dose of shrooms or a low dose of pharmahuasca.  I've only done the pharmahuasca a few times but shrooms have been a good friend for a long time.  I have not tripped in public much and I am not sure which would be better.  I have never puked on any psychedelic, so I don't think that is a necessary consideration between the two.

Last thing.  It's a three day festival.  I'm going tonight and Sunday.  So I could trip 0, 1 or 2 times.

It will be juggling enthusiasts who are not very interesting and families and maybe a couple hippies.  It is not a psychedelic group so I need to act pretty normal.

I bet they would be pretty terrifying.  Or maybe we could have a meaningful conversation about magnets.  Who knows.  Either way I don't expect there to Juggalos at the juggling festival.

I think I'm going to go sober tonight and get a feel for the festival so I can make a more informed decision about tripping on Sunday. 

Question on pharmahuasca vs. Shrooms is still up in the air though!

mushroom tea nigger

my favorite is to use fresh spearmint leaves to make the tea then simmer the mushrooms in it and strain.

no bad taste at all, very refreshing actually.

Mushroom tea sounds nice.  I always just eat them whole because I don't mind the taste and I'm too lazy to make tea.  But in this case, tea would be nice so I can sneak it in, re-dose and if needed dump the evidence.  I'm thinking I will go Sunday and trip all day.  I think mushrooms are probably a good way to go; I've got way more expierience with them, chances of nausea are non-existent for me, and they are so kind and easy going I know I wont have a bad trip.

I can juggle patterns fine on 4 grams of shrooms (Balls not Clubs; The clubs make me nervous when I trip!).  Holding my composure is a whole 'nother thing.  The uncontrollable urge to laugh can hit me from 1g and up.  But, laughing is not illegal yet, so who cares.

I didn't trip tonight, but I still had fun.  It's not quite what I was expecting.  Not really a spectator thing, just a couple hundred jugglers practicing in a gym together with the occasional seminar.  Oh yeah, and unicycle hockey.  It's exactly what it sounds like.

I am going again Sunday, I might trip then.

Next time I wouldn't sweat it. People who juggle are weird to begin with, and jugglers as a community are equally odd. Appropriate eye-wear is good because frog eyes do look a bit obvious... After watching the documentary on LSD for National Geographic I am a FIRM believer that psychedelics unleash some crazy juggling. Being able to physically see the flight patterns of an object makes it very fun matrixey and it developed into a way to entertain my friends when we are incredibly high hanging out wherever in the universe.

Let me tell you my friend fire juggling is so incredibly gnarly on psychedelics. Keep some mustard on hand you do get burned :wink: My best juggling memory was splitting an oz into tea and sipping on that all day at a string festival. Late in the night everything was in pixels it was visually the strongest mushroom trip I've ever had that was under my control. I ended up doing a fire show later that night it was my first time playing with fire to string music and I jammed out so fucking hard to Fruition and before I became "aware" there was a large group of people quietly watching while the acoustic guitar raged on and the fire kept flying. It was an epic feeling that is quite difficult to transpose.
