There was a video game called Virtual-On for Dreamcast (Virtual-On is in my opinion the best mech game ever made). Anyhow, one of the characters was named Grys-Vok which eventually became my own Grizvok.

I just used my real name but deliberately misspelled my middle name so it would confuse the cops and they'd never find me

very interesting origins on some of these names. mine obviously isn't to hard to hard to figure out. wasn't my first choice but the first one i tried wasn't usable and trying to think of a screen name is one thing i hate most. so the combination listening to the grateful dead and being really stoned i typed what i did and it was good to go from there. kinda wish i would have put a lil more thought into it but hey its all good grateful dead is by far one of my favorite bands and i love bud so its all good.

Joolz is my nickname in real life. I go by my original name for work, but everywhere else I introduce myself as Joolz. I made the name up for Super Smash Brothers on my friend's Wii. They then started calling me that and it stuck.

Was given to me by my 3rd grade keyboarding teacher.  It was the username for our computers. 

I'll throw out five shrooms also, if anyone could guess my name.

i wanted a user name that was a mushroom reference. i remembered a few days earlier reading a mushroom ID book it had a sentence that said something about a mushrooms "closed veil" and used it.

i was gonna change it after a year or so to 'broken veil'

but then i did my first trade, and the user just used his initials with his addy

then when i went to give him my addy, i realized my initials are the same for my real name as they are for my user name

so now i don't think i'll ever change my user name
