"in times of widespread chaos and confusion, it has been the duty of more advanced human beings - artists, scientists, clowns, and philosophers - to create order. In such times as ours however, when there is too much order, too much m management, too much programming and control, it becomes the duty of superior men and women and women to fling their favorite monkey wrenches into the machinery. To relieve the repression of the human spirit, they must sow doubt and disruption"

"People do it every day, they talk to themselves ... they see themselves as they'd like to be, they don't have the courage you have, to just run with it."

there used to be an awesome deal on amazon - hohner student melodica for like 40 shipped.

the one in the op looks like a cheap chinese one, but good for you no less.

My friend got one on a few weeks ago. It looks just like the one in the picture, but blue. and also off ebay

It's a groovy instrument but for the long tube, it takes a while for the air to reach the keyboard, so the sound is kinda delayed and it's harder than a piano.

I didn't hear my friend play it with the little reed too much though

Of course! Just got (meaning a few months ago) a pair of medieval german parlor pipes; they sound so good it almost sounds electronic!
