Ok, they finally got me scared about this hurricane

I originally had a party planned and a huge drink-a-thon in order for Saturday night into early Sunday morning, because drinking and partying in storms is fucking awesome... but I'm hearing all this stuff now about people boarding up their windows (I'm on the east coast, outside of Baltimore btw.) and taking all of these emergency precautions and shit, and it's finally setting in to my mind that this might be something serious to consider and maybe I shouldn't be heavily intoxicated in case a tornado or something seriously fucks shit up and I have to take emergency action.

I am told winds will be upwards to 100-120 MPH!?  I remember Isabel (a big hurricane, fucked a lot of shit up) back in 2003 (some of you were probably youngin's), winds were only 60-80 mph around my old way, and that felt pretty intense to me where I was at... but we partied in that shit all night.... but 100-120 mph winds? I dunno man, kinda got me worried now.

yea i live in ct, im hoping it gets wild over here (as long as nobody gets hurt :smile: )


i plan on tripping during it, because it would just make it that much more epic

Yeah man, I've shroomed out in some wild storms before...definitely amazing to do... I started tripping around the calm before the storm and just started tripping heavier as the storm increased, almost in sync, wild times.... Just be careful mate... I couldn't imagine having a head full of psychedelics when trees started falling through my house and shit.

You don't have to be experienced to know that storms are so massive that there's no such thing as a predicted storm

Yeah, we're gonna board up the windows tomorrow just for peace of mind, my house has a good foundation, and it's brick, so we should be okay...

I'm right on the border of 'High' threat and 'Extreme' threat... so it should be fun if no one gets hurt.

I love the threat rating system btw, Low, Med, High, Extreme, and then "Catastrophic".
