haha I didn't see that, she seems like she's ascertained the sum of what she knows about meth just from looking at the tweakers she passes by on the street.

but I mean, I know one dude in particular that recently went on the lam and on a big meth binge and the last time I saw him he was pickin at his face and had open sores and shit, so it's not entirely scare tactics. the guy got caught not long ago too, won't be seeing him for a long ass time
