papaver commutatum

Does anyone know if papaver commutatum (Flanders Field poppy) yeilds any opiates? On the back of the seed packet I got from T&M, it says "Caution: All parts are poisonous." Additionally, at some random site on the internet is says that commutatum is toxic. Both poison/toxicity warnings are also used for somniferum. I can't seem to find any other information about this species, though.

Also, how late is it possible to plant poppies? I'm around the PA/NJ/NY area.

papaver commutatum does not yield any opiates. sorry man... try getting some papaver somniferum seeds!!!

Yeah, that's what I figured. What got me wondering was the fact that the packet warned about things being poisonous and that papaver orientalis yeilds some opiates, though not morphine.
