They're a basic necessity for women, but not for men.  That's not discrimination.  That's catering to need.

You could charge women for bras I guess.  That'd be pretty even.

true, but usually if you're going to jail, you were in some sort of money making scheme that went awry...I don't imagine many of them can afford the undies.

Not really it keeps ya pay pay small doesnt let gravity do its shit. It also keeps ya boys to warm so your more likley not going to have to worry about knocking anyone up. Basically useless just useless boulder holders
