So I've been on a cruise for the past week, and today while looking at the drink menu by the pool I saw an interesting drink called a Hypnotic Lemonade.

The ingredients included Absolute Citron, sour mix, ice, and Hypnotic.

I wasn't sure what this "Hypnotic" alcohol was, so I asked my dad, and he didn't know either.  We asked the bartender, but he didn't speak very good english so I'm still not quite sure what it is.

Anybody able to help me out on what it is? Whatever it is, it's delicious and I could barely even taste anything in the drink even though I saw the bartender put in a ton of booze.  I'm in Europe at the moment, anyone know if they have Hypnotic in the states? I've never heard of it before.

Its a blue colored, passionfruit flavored liqueur. IIRC


But I may have the fruit flavor wrong.

Yeah the times I have drank that shit I puked my guts out.

Way too sweet and thick. It was popular here a few years ago.

All the "gangters" drank that and hennesy.

I agree that it's really, really weak, I can't taste any alcohol in the drink that I've been having it in all week.

But it's a really pretty color and altogether the shit tastes just like lemonade :thumbup:
