Why do we exist?
    #14687736 -

Reminds me of George Carlin's Big Electron theory. It's kind of liberating.

Thanks for sharing c0sm0, I appreciate it and find it pretty liberating myself. Not much to think about other than the fact that we exist and there nothing really else to it .

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us all. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Sweet video! I really enjoyed it. Bashar has a lot of insightful things to say.

Thanks for sharing!

That's heavy brah.

Pretty liberating, though.

Does that mean there aren't any reasons for actions within existence? They would be equally meaningless, no?

objectively, everything seems to be meaningless. if there is an objective meaning, i doubt any human will ever be able to perceive it. the end

For some reason you don't ask questions when you feel love. Love is a natural state when the errors of thought, created by your conditioning, are removed. Obviously we all want love, we all want good feelings, well duh, the body has been here for what, millions of years, you'd think in that time it would have just found a way to love itself and generate ecstasy. It did everything else... why not something so simple?

Do you have any objective evidence suggesting otherwise? One of the symptoms of being full of shit seems to be speaking as if you know some objective truth, but hey if you think you're the one who has it all figured out, please feel free to convince me otherwise:failboat:

But hey, don't take my last post too personally, you're doing what every human does best- fears death, baths in ignorance, and does everything it can to convince itself that it isn't suffering from this ailment. So basically, you're trying to assuage the pain BY being ignorant, pretty paradoxical isn't it? :rofl2:

As for me not being god, how do you know? Oh right, just another 'vague guess' :ahahaha:

Maybe so we can survive long enough to procreate.

Has a reason to act ever existed for you? If so, then reasons to act can exist.

Don't confuse the idea that we exist because we exist with the idea life is devoid of meaning. The world is your playground to create as much or little meaning as you want. That's the idea - your a conscious part of creation in process.
