tho it's more the federal gov't crushing states rights that pisses me off.

but if the federal gov't was weak then large special interest groups like the NAACP (and lets just go ahead and throw in the foundation for a better life and the NRA [even tho i'm pro-gun] in there as well) wouldn't have so much power, because each states laws could very a lot based of the culture of that state, even more so then currently.
