Every time you post your artwork, man. Totally my style.

I assume you screen printed them, with glow in the dark paint in place of ink. due to the accuracy of the design.

Awesome!!! So glad to know people are vibing on the art - it comes from a place we are all too familiar with here at The Shroomery :psychsplit::wink:

Anyway, I looked into glow in the dark screen printing a while back and it has some serious limitations, basically the glow comes from a glow in the dark powder - this is what all GITD items start from, a powder. Then it has to be mixed in with silk screen ink. BUT the drawback is that the glow brightness and length of glow are affected by the micron size of the powder - bigger particles glow better. BUT they do not fit through the "silk" of the silk screens. So you have to get really small micron powder to mix with the screen printing inks...

This GITD vinyl is way cool, I didn't even know it existed for a while, now I'm super stoked.

My good friend has been on tour since 1982, and he has a 4 color silk screen press at his home, I played with it and I LOVE it, just a bit messy. He lives a bit far too...

Holy shit i'd give you like $20 for that 3rd one. Awesome shirts man!

Awesome! I forgot to mention that all the shirts are organic cotton - you know I want them to be in line with my personal ideologies

I'm glad you said that in regards to the price, because I was thinking of doing them for $20 each or 2 for $30 or $35, haven't figured that out yet...Anyway, PM me if you want one and I'll work it out  I can also customize them with lettering or whatever...

Shirts look awesome man :awehigh:

Lately I've been thinking about making a glow shirt, but mine would be less interesting. I've got a bunch of invisible blacklight spray paint left and some white t-shirts so I was thinking about doing up some shirts with color, but I can't think of a design.

That is so cool! I'm trying to get my friend that owns an art gallery (a super cool underground one ) to do the same! I'm painting some more boards as I write this. I got the Krylon paint today and I'm already at work  I'll post up a video in a day or two with the boards painted with the Krylon and the Rustoleum right next to each other and see what the differences in brightness and length of glow are.

I worked out the math and the paints from Home Depot and True Value seem to be by far the best value. They're about $1 an ounce, so about $130 a gallon. I find 8 ounces covers about 1.5-2 square feet with about 4-5 coats (which you need to get those effects)

Post some videos when you get your room done, that'd be so trippy. I can also give a few more suggestions. Make stencils using black card stock or cardboard and use a blacklight to "color" in the stencils...you'll have that image glowing
