I want to play the revamped version, but I doubt I'd play any other games on the 3ds. Not a wise investment.

There is a bass in the original, but it may have been cut off from the MP3 compression. I mixed it as true to the original as I could.

The real question is, what type of remix should I go for? The main reason I'm doing this is to explore types of electronic music where I can focus on fundamentals (rhythms and patterns) instead of composition.

OoT is one of the best games of all time.

The music was as good as any video game music I've come across.

OOT was awesome... my Favorite RPG is Final Fantasy 12... but Ocarina is on the top ten list.

ive always considered ocarina to have the best music of any video game. it jus fits it so well.

Still don't know what type of remix to do.

And OoT really did have one of the best video game soundtracks. The music always fit with the location and was great to listen to but never interfered with playing the game. Plus, the story and gameplay revolved around playing an instrument! Hell yeah!
