i have a few friends and family members in the military and after talking with them i would highly doubt an actual martial law taking place.

BUT, dont be surprised when you see asian military soliders kicking down your door and dragging you out by your hair.

and dude, im pretty sure they would set those woods ablaze.

Wouldn't be the chinese, even if the surplus of men they could use as cannon fodder would come here.. they would say fuck it and desert faster than a hippie.

A lot of the sketchy shit that goes down now is nothing compared to what countries did during ww1 and ww2.

People are making things happen in Detroit. There are still rough areas but just
the same as any other large city. Its seems it has become a DIY mecca of sorts for
young and old folks. There are a few really nice school and yonger white people
are starting to move back in. It will be a slow process but the way that the overall
economy is looking it wont matter.

right on. nice to hear something good about Detroit. I've had some friends talk about heading up that way in the last couple of years. They were definitely the "DIY" type.

i think about the whole revolt question often. in fact, my bro and i just had a little conversation about Americans and revolt (or the lack thereof) today. i think a lot about how Americans are kept extremely sedated by the television. I think the thing that would get many Americans out of their houses and onto the streets would have something to do with taking their t.v. away from them.

T.V. just has such a strong narrative and is often so entertaining (especially to the baby boomer generation) that it really has brainwashed the fuck out of an entire nation.

The government knows that t.v. is the opiate of the masses.

tv is really odd sometimes..

i like the www bc you can get anything the tv has.  still people mostly the older people are dependent on it.  its a serious addiction imo.  video games can be very addicting too

i want to revolt, i feel betrayed.

i feel homeless sitting here right now, just knowing that i can match the description of a known terrorist.
