No, you don't need drugs to do anything. But don't come onto a drug forum of all places and peddle the fear-based anti drug talk; Anything deserving of being called God is all-pervasive and there is no issue with finding "it" via entheogens.

I apologize if I came out sounding too "anti-drug", drugs are good mmkay. I have nothing against the use of natural medicines for mental and physical healings. Although it saddens me when they are used irresponsibly and excessively without a cause for good. Meher baba wasn't saying drugs are bad mmkay. He was trying to explain that they have a benefit which can cure many illnesses, but using them constantly expecting to go higher does more damage and can actually prevent you from living a much healthier lifestyle. Btw calling someone, who was out there putting in work like Mother Teresa, with such names, is IMO closed minded, naive and foolish.

I have but what does it matter? It's about people going and finding out for themselves. Actually the harder you try the longer it will take, It should be done with perfect effortless, like trying but not really. What you refer to as the "straight path" sounds more like the real way to go.
