I think what it really comes down to is that if you wanna stay in the US you gotta do your time one way or the other because you will eventually get caught. It will probably be much worse when they find you in another state too. If you are willing to flee the country then its worth it to run and start a new life. Leave your daughter with your most trusted family member and pretty much forget about her. I wouldn't flee until I go though at least some of the court process though...so you could more less guess your fate.

Perhaps the op is incarcerated.

I hate to think that, but he was fairly stupid, and having been in many jails all over the country, I have noticed that there sure are a lot of stupid people in jail, most of them should be on meds.

In your situation, I would walk to the front of the state capitol where you live.

Then I would have a note with me stating that the government's policies had led me to commit suicide and apologize for leaving your daughter behind.

I would blow my fucking brains all over their building. You think for one second that you will be okay? Nothing will ever be the same for you, and you should know that you are going to die. Are you willing to risk being tortured and suffering for 30 years because you think you can escape?

Ask yourself this question:

Do I want to know and be there for my daughter when I get out of prison?

If the answer is yes, then I would accept your fate for the dark forces that be will never stop hunting you, go to prison and get out and be there for your daughter when the time comes.

If the answer is no, then take a bow and thank the people that you cared about for being there for you in your darkest hour.

Make a god damn statement with your suicide.. Or just run, really, if you were a rational minded person you would realize you can disappear off the face of the planet. Call with un-traceable phones, let your family know you are o.k. and with some tricky sneaking around in some backwater European countries you can definitely make your way back to American with a new name and record. There is plenty of literature on the internet about this, just take some time, hit a pipe and make a plan. No need to rot in a cage and have your daughter stare at you through glass, that's not going to be living, and as soon as you get out you have that record... No, be free and get the fuck out of the country, there are entire other worlds just over the pond you need to see if you are even considering killing yourself.
