Re: Facing decades in prison..should I run, stay, or die? [Re: Anonymous #14]
    #13272263 -

Thanks #14.  I feel that may be my only hope.  I am definitely not going to get anything less than 20-30 if I decide not to run, but maybe with good behavior and other factors I can get out in 5 or so.  That still breaks my heart that my daughter will have grown up so much by the time I'm out.

Also, there's the whole parole thing.  I have been on probation for almost 13 god damn years, and 8 years of my current felony probation.  The last thing I want to deal with when getting out is parole.  I just want to do time if it comes to that and not deal with this bullshit system anymore upon my release.  That's another reason I have considered running.  I am tired of feeling suffocated by the system already.

I think you need to figure out which country is the best to run to, and how safe it is. Maybe start looking at places in South America? Could actually be a very positive change.

I am not sure how to go about dodging the authorities though. But I'm sure you can find that information if you really try. Probably shouldn't search under your Google account though!

run, and fuck all these pussies telling you to man up and go to jail, they are fucked and conditioned by the system.

Dont do one fucking day in jail if you can avoid it.

You still never told no one what it was you have done, cooking meth again?

Well maybe you should have gave that up.

Sounds like your fairly stupid to begin with, so I dont give you more than a couple years on the run if you stay in this country, and then they are going to hammer your ass.

You dont want to be in jail when it gets too crowded and then war breaks out on u s soil, fema has a mandate to kill most prisoners at this point, and you never know what will go down in 2012, so run your ass off man, dont look back dont stop running, shit mite as well smoke that fuckn pig what is banging your old lady before you go, now that would be manning up.:paranoid:

Or you could always just have a sex change operation and do like a Mrs. Doubtfire thing, that way you could hang out with your daughter at least.

Run. Don't give up. Never stay in one place too long. Maybe you could try the whole homeless thing, you know, soup kitchens and eating leftover mcdonalds.

If you are caught and you don't have ID or an address, how do they know who you are? this aint CSI they don't have one big database of fingerprints they can instantly search.

Do your time. It will get resolved quicker. You have to think in the long run. If you die, that doesn't work. If you run, yeah, your free for a few years, hell, you might make it a decade, but you will get caught. That will just add time on and delay the start of your misery. Just get it over with. Good behavior and you'll be out in 5. Start lifting some weights though.

Very tough call #1. Personally I would end it, but I dont have a daughter. You cant man. As much as I hate to even think about spending more than a month in prison, you dont have many options. You cant run forever, and when they do get you youre going to be even worse off.

But I have to ask you this question. If your daughter means that much to you, how could you even put yourself in this position? Why? I dont want to be the dick in this subject, but really your life is pretty down the drain and youre losing everything for at least the next 10 years. For what? Drugs? Really? Was it worth it?

#17, I don't know the first thing about cooking meth, but thanks for making assumptions.  Mail + drugs is a serious fed crime depending on the quantity.  Also #20, thank you for your concerns but I only did what I did because I had no job and had to support me and my daughter until I could find more work.  I understand it was a stupid mistake, but that doesn't make throwing me in prison for decades any more justified than it was before.

Get someone assigned to steward your money so you will be able to live on it wherever you are.
Run.

The second you set foot in jail you will think "I should have made a planned exit"

The second you can't get out of the suicide, you will say the same.

Walk with a good plan to the nearest exit - good luck senor smith.

Try loompanics unlimited for cheap books on dissapearing, just don't order them yourself or have then sent to you.
If you do have money you will be much more ok than most.

Try to forget the speed fucking slime bitch - you actually deserve it for peddling madness, sickness and death to lazy ass line your pockets. WTF you think you are? A doctor?

None the less, run boy

well, if you could be so kind as to sharing your charges with us, maybe we would be more inclined to help you more.

I am inclined to think that you are full of shit myself, if the feds have you on a mail order, and you are already on paper, it is really unusual for them to give you a bond(unless you are "working" with them), basically if you sell anyone anything and they od or get crazy and hurt someone, the government could be liable for giving you a bond after they knew you would do what your doing because you have done it for years with no regard or inclination to even care about the law.

Dont get me wrong, props for that, but like I said, you are full of it.

Tell us what you are charged with.  A lot of times dea agents will tell you you are getting 20-30 years for something, when in all reality all you have to do is keep your mouth shut and you will walk in less than 5.

A little hint, the feds have something called the sentencing guidelines, you can basically look up your crime, cross reference that with your criminal history, and it will show you how much time you are going to get within a few months.

I guess your scenario is entirely possible, however, I am more inclined to think that perhaps you have sampled a wee bit too much of your product and are feeling its effects.

I haven't been charged yet, but it's happening soon.  No bond yet either since I have not been arrested.  Something you would have noticed if you had paid attention to the thread.

Well, it is not uncommon for the agency that is investigating you for a crime to get with your po and have them slam dunk your ass into the county while they prepare to charge you in the case, most pvs can be held without any bond or hearing for a surprisingly long time for a supposed free country.

So the more I think about it, the more your full of it.

Ouch! Shit, I feel for you, OP, but you should have laid off any thing to do with drugs if you were on felony probation.

First off, this is a legitimate post.  I wish I could say I was trolling, but unfortunately I fucked up big time and am now about to be arrested.  Due to the charges I'll be facing (non-violent drug related crime) plus my past record of non-violent drug related crimes, I'll be looking at some disturbing mandatory minimum.  Likely 20-30 years, possibly longer.

Not good enough, if he is talking this kind of time, I want to know type of drug and weight, like I already said before, it is not uncommon for agents to lie about how much time your getting.

If it really is the feds busting you, there is no 30 year man-min on drugs unless there is a child involved in the crime.

So some of you can :stfu: and the op can come clean with more detailed info if he really wants help.

And all these stop dealing drugs post aint going to help no one right now.

Exactly.  Unfortunately you see this shit all too often.

"So I was on probation, after my third felony...".

"..And then there's my daughter/child and.."

Wtf?  how incredibly dumb do you have to be?  I get it, the system sucks and it's not fair.  But if you've been popped before AND have a kid, then fuckin relax and get your shit together.

OP is an unfit parent.  He should just go to jail.  If he hasn't learned after the first slew of convictions he's not going to.  If he runs, he'll just fuck up again.

Op, I'm truly sorry this happened to you.

I wish I could help you, but given the seriousness of the situation and the fact that your daughter is involved I don't feel qualified to give you any advise.

I'm really surprised I am the only person curious what drugs charges you believe you will be facing that will land you "20-30 years maybe more". I'm guessing you live in a very conservative state for that I am also very truly sorry.

As stated before #17, it was a crime involving drugs and the mail with no violence or harm to anyone else.  I'm not getting any more specific than that.  I'm not some sicko interested in child porn.  I also wasn't asking for legal advice as you seemed to imply in your last few posts, so I'm not sure what you're getting at.  I was only asking for advice on how to handle the situation by either running, staying, or committing suicide.  I am done reading your posts as your reading comprehension is on a level far below my own child's.
