eat raw nuts and drink a lot of water.  Stay away from sodium, you'll just get hungrier.

OP, I quit smoking regularly because I couldn't control my munchies. I dropped a lot of weight afterwards. :lol:

easy fix. send all your food to me.











i get the same thing. but my food in my house is pretty much 0 junk, and only foods that you would have to prepare. so i usually end up eating some pretty basic shit.

I have horrible problems with this at night. I usually smoke before bed, and I will be almost asleep, then I will be hit hard with the munchies.

My digestive system sucks, so eating a bunch of shit right before bed time gives me some issues during the night (insomnia/pain). I am trying to get control. Tis hard tho.

The thing to do with the muchies is to just fight them.
Roll your sleeves up and tell them you're sick of 'em.

Seriously, i'll start to get the munchies super bad, but i've found out that if i just ride it out for a little while they'll eventually die off.

controlling the munchies is as easy as just saying "no"

once you get into the habit of not eating while high, it's hard to START eating while high ever again

i also noticed that eating heavy foods, or high sugar foods kills the high for me almost immediately....

and yeah i also notice eating too much of that kind of food kills the high, then ill start the deadly smoke-eat-smoke cycle.:nonono:

fresh, cold fruits are the best munchies.
