Anybody else getting requests for their password?

Ive had 3 requests for my password sent to my email since I registered not long ago. I have never made one of these requests myself. Therefore I find it logical to assume someone else is making these requests, and if so what for? Is this happening to anyone else? I can't help but be alarmed by this... Does anyone have any idea why someone would do this?

Does it give you the IP address that the request came from? I dunno because I haven't got any, but perhaps someone requests passwords, then intercepts emails to get them... conspiracy theory coming.
