Chemo and Radio therapy overloaded her body. Killed the cancer, but killed her along with it.

Funeral directors do a valuable job, the dead must be treated with dignity, but I couldn't do it. It was hard enough when I had to bury a dead phesant (a story I don't want to go into).

I agree, it's an honorable job imo, to make the last goodbye as easy as they can for the family and friends of the deceased. It's amazing what they can do, especially to people who have died in car accidents or had other physical trauma, to reconstruct their physical appearance.
