weed brownies

its been 50 minutes since i ate some weed brownies and i dont feel anything..

did i mess them up? would smoking a bowl now be a bad idea?

If you smoke after eating, you get high.

But after that edible kicks in after smoking a bowl, I tend to stay high and slowly ascend.. :vaped:

but the butter was neon green and tasted chronniicccc... and my friend said a brownie fucked him up..

i didnt use a recipe. used 7g chron in 1 cup butter. simmered on very low temps (no steam) for 2 hours.

i had never made cannabutter before but i had people helping me who said they knew what they were doing.

also i simmered it in water, then seperated when it solidified.

i cooked the brownies at 275 but for longer instead of at 350 like the box said.

also should i put my extras in the fridge or freezer?

It can take 2-3 hours to kick in sometimes, and the effects are not the typical "high" you are used to. Keep waiting, but feel free to toke a little.

You'll realize when it's happening, mostly a couch locked kinda body buzz. Your recipe and method seem fine.

I think within the next hour you're going to be wondering why you were even worrying, edibles take some time to kick in but they usually fuck shit up. Let us know when you feel anything.

It really does take longer than you think it will to kick in. I made brownies once, didn't feel anything after some pre-designated amount of time, and then ate a second one. And then I got reallly high. It was weird, though -  I would feel really high and then I would feel normal, and then I would feel really high again. And then I just stayed way too high to function and went to bed.

As of now it's only been an hour ... I'd wait another 30 mins before sparking up.  I've had them creep up on me before and you can't unsmoke that bowl if you realize it wasn't a good idea.  Also, I imagine you'd want to know for sure if you've the the edibles thing worked out or if you need to return to the drawing board.

Keep butter in fridge for a 2 weeks or so, freeze it to keep long term.

My method... warm some of the budder to room temp and spread it on toast. Add cinnamon and sugar to taste. With an empty stomach (like in the morning), gobble up 2 slices with 7-10g of budder on each and settle in for a nice relaxing day.

Edibles are awesome. especially if you take a low dose, you have a nice little edge during the day

Brownies have always taken longer to take hold.  For me, it's a slow progression to a plateau that lasts longer than if I'd smoked it.  I end up slouching in my chair listening to some :gd_icon: totally entranced by the milkdrop visualization on winamp. :lol:

i ate one brownie probably 2x2 in size i guess..

i dont feel tired or heavy but i think im feeling it now. trippin hard on some kid cudi i know im not this high off 1 bowl.
