Haha. When I'm in a bad mood everything that's ever happened seems terrible, and when I'm in a good mood everything has always been amazing.

I keep on living because I think being happy is possible, although it can be very difficult. Buck up. What's a little more pain going to do? You'll be dead soon enough anyways.

Life is simple.  Do as much drugs responsibly without developing addictions or medical complications and fuck pussy as much as possible.  Plenty of other things as well, if those things aren't for you then I guess you know what u gotta do man.

call me a dirty hippie for this one if you must, but my own personal opinion about these things is that the reason why life doesn't have a purpose - is so that each one of us is free to choose our own reason for being here

which means that if you wanna revolve yer entire existence around your job / or your kids / your music / whatever - that ALL is gravy on this one

and that the reason why so many of us keep coming back is because of the fact that we can do whatever we want / whenever we want / and for whatever reasons we so desire...because there is NO demands on our time





individuality is what our world is all about, after all  :cheers:

U just gotta find (and keep discovering) all the little things that brighten your day and then gear your life towards making those apart of your everyday life. You could say that's nova's definition of being 'successful'.

You brain is a powerful thing. You actually have a lot of conscious control over how you feel. Train your brain to function how you want it to function. Too much negative thinking is never fun.

And my final 2c is humans have evolved to become smarter than their genetic (and in some people, cultural) programming. This leaves us in a very... uncertain state of being. When survival no longer becomes an 24/7 concern of ours, we have to go beyond our biology to discover what else is out there. I guess I don't know what to conclude from this except learn to love living life because its all we have and its a crazy thing if you think about it. Don't take things so seriously.

you're wasting all of your energy on negative emotions/thoughts... I would recommend pursuing some sort of artistic endeavor and doing some serious self psychology to better harness your mental energy.

How can it all be fake bullshit if you're not out pursuing the real shit? Go for hike, go talk to random strangers and go an adventure, start painting or go for a bike ride. There are so many things someone can do that can elevate your mood, but sitting inside isn't one of them. I've been cooped up inside except when I work because its so damn hot and as a result, I'm not as happy as I could be. I'm all lazy and blah. However, I know Fall is just around the corner and thats when the play will be begin.

It would be better if I had a friend to hike with.  None of my friends seem to like or want to walk.

Its about all I can do here anyway.  Theres no clubs or anything, I'm in a shitty little place with a load of interbred scum.  I'm moving in a month though so at least thats something to look forward to.

This time waiting to get out seems more grueling than living in this shit hole for the past 10 years.

I quit all drugs and smoking. Only drink on occasion now. Quit playing video games.
Now I go outside for walks or to lounge in the shade.
Life could not be any better.
I think ya need to get out. Change your lifestyle.
And if none of your friends want to join ya in new activities.. Do it on your own till you find people who will.

When you do drugs. More and more, They have less affect on you over time because your body is so used to them. Like fighting a virus or infection. Of course you feel like nothing matters when the only enjoyment you've gotten is doing a bunch of drugs, which just makes sober living a little worse.. Theres a balance you have to find dude. Or else your just gonna be miserable and an addict
