she was 5 years older. happened between 4 and 10 years old.
on a weekly basis. She included some of her friends from time to time.
Going through the motions nude, rubbing gentials together. slight penetration. It was always Dont tell, if mom finds out, you will be put up for adoption, etc.

Those studies you linked to are concerned with CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE, something that childhood experimentation is not considered part of. 

OP, its only considered abuse if she clearly exploited and coerced you into it, if she used her power difference over you to get what she wanted.  From what you wrote, this could possibly be the case, but only you know that for sure.  Inviting her friends to join in sounds like a pretty big red flag but I don't know all the circumstances.

There's also a chance it was really just normal childhood exploration, which is extremely common among siblings.  If it felt playful and non-aggressive then chances are it was totally fine, and you freaking out about it in your head is actually messing your mind up worse than the incidents themselves.

A therapist will tell you the same thing.

I remember when i was maybe 5 i was sleeping over at my friend devins house and we were watching bevis and butthead at like 11:00. His sister was there Too and was like lets show eachother our privates. She wound up taking off her underwear and was saying "touch it" but i was hesitant, i wound up using my toe. Devin and i were hard at the time i dont know why, but his was bigger lol. Devin wound up getting nervous and ran to tell his mom and dad when they were sleeping.
