There's some decent pizza joints in my town in NC. Buy one get one free slices after 12:00 am coupled with $1.50 any draft (Red Oak, Fat Tire, and Kashmir IPA are my favorites) makes for one happy Brennus - especially if I vape a bowl before I go. :awesome:

pizza is probably my favorite food. usually i get pizza a few times a week. this place in my town makes a damn good bbq chicken pizza :laugh:

i have it pretty regularly but i make my own.

the sauce i use has honey, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, onion powder, grated parmesan, and minced garlic.

shit fuckin rocks man.

i like green bell peppers on my pizza.

Lucky. I was born in the suburbs up there so I have a special place in my heart for Chicago style pizza.

That said... in Florida the best you're gonna find is one one those lesser known joints.
They're better than chain any day if you ask me.

Usually two maybe three times a month. Funny thing though, I just finished eating a 10" pizza right before I saw this thread.

Two or three times per month.  This place just opened up down the road that does two slices and a drink for $4.95 and the slices are like 1/3 of a pizza.  Fuck yeah!

lol on a serious note, i remember reading a while back the owner of papa johns was trying to promote pizza as a health food. the catch was that his recommended serving was only one slice. who could eat just one slice of delicious pizza and then stop?

that being said i eat way too much of it...
i'll eat a large pie to myself (no idea how i'm not fat), and my favorite topping combo is extra cheese, extra sauce, black olives, half tomato, and the other half pineapple.

Basically the more of a cheesy, goopy mess the pizza is, the more i enjoy it. and fuck thin crust

i know there are some good ma and pop homemade pizza places that are fantastic but ill tell you what the new dominos is pretty damm good if you ask me there old pizza tasted like cardboard and i said that b4 they came out with there new pizza

mexican restaurant and a steak house that's really not worth the money,
have a place that should be shut down, ordered some fried chicken and a
gallon of tea, the chicken was burnt and the tea came in a mayo jug and
the bastards didnt even clean the mayo out... needless to say, I cook at
home a lot but I miss the pizza shop, 20 miles to the nearest one and
it's some shitty ass pizza hut

I keep hearing this but I cant believe it, I stopped eating dominoes more
than 2 decades ago because their pizza got shitty, I took my kids to a
birthday party and they had a dozen pizzas, tried some from two different
boxes and have come to the conclusion that the only thing dominoes changes
was their signs to read "tell people we have great NEW pizza"

the crust wasnt doughy, it was pasty, it all just kinda started
dissolving, leaving me with a mouth full of gummy shit
