Me too.  Christ after my wisdom teeth extraction (all 4) I was brought into the recovery room, needed no help walking there, and sat there for 5 minutes and went, "Okay let's go."  I was a little woozy and completely numb, but nowhere near that kid's level of fucked up.  :frown:

Yea, same here.

I was on nitrous and had novacaine.

I had the option of being knocked out by anethesiology, but I like nitrous, haha.

Another time I had a medical procedure done where I was knocked out with a cocktail of fentanyl, versed, and something else that I don't think has any CNS effect...and I woke up from that and was pretty much ready to go.

I guess some people get way more fucked up off that stuff than I...sucks for me, haha.

I had 2 scripts of perc 35's, 3 days off of work, and the first 3 seasons of LOST at my disposal.  It was a beautiful recovery.  :grin:

That kind of pissed me off.  I doubt that was her first day on the job; she could have been a lot nicer to him.  She seemed pushy.  I think by then I'd be used to people being all fucked up and would have found a way to make the transition to consciousness a lot easier.

I thought that was fine...she has a job to do and probably wanted to give the instructions and get back to work.  I am sure the transition to consciousness was fine...it wasn't like he was tripping.

I have been worse with drunk friends.

I was 16 when I had all of mine extracted.. and I don't recall being that fucked up. What I do remember is waking up in the dental surgeon's chair and crying my eyes out and they literally told me to shut up because I was going to scare the other patients away.
