Seems like it would work like a charm in some cases! I agree with many of the posters in this thread OP, that you should enact revenge ninja style, if that's your leaning. Actually, I shouldn't say what you should do, that's just what I'd do! Jail isn't enough for this prick, maybe prison is though...

have you never known anyone in this situation? she is the only one who can press charges. she has to be the one to call the cops. in almost all of these situations if anyone else calls the cops, the girl will lie about it for god knows why and the situation will get worse. the ONLY choice anyone else can make is to either do nothing or take care of it.

My sister refused to press charges and she went back over there, which was a big surprise to me, they talked and agreed to.. couples counseling.  Bullshit.
