It could be mycelium excretion (piss). Anyway, there's not much you can do right now, i would be worried about anaerobic contamination coming from bacteria or yeast, so try to check for strange odors when you birth those jars.
BTW, for how long is the jar colonizing ?

Two weeks is ok for incubation period.
Incubation temperature ?
I'm asking because hot temps. during incubation can make the mycelium excreet more material.

I agree I have had problems with that in the past with jars to close to the heater. Like they sweat or something.
