Taking them would be a very irresponsible thing to do, best advice would be to visit a psychologist.

Try daily meditation for anytime in between 2 minutes and 10 minutes a session. If you are on psychiatric medication or have taken psychiatric medication in the past there is the possibility that if you taake mushrooms you will have heart problems and heart issues could potentially be fatal. Also you would risk acting in a socially unacceptable way and sometimes when people act socially unacceptable they end up in mental institutions. Be careful with psychiatric medications, they are harmful to peoples health. So my advice is for you not to do shrooms.

i've had a life of pain, loss and abuse. it's never been easy for me. psychedelics have definitely given me insight into my baggage, but they are no magic bullet. ultimately it was i who came to the conclusion that i am not the sum total of my mishaps, but rather the sum total of what i do in the wake of them. i am a vessel full of potential and the possibilities for me are endless, like everyone else.

I wouldn't take mushrooms if I were you, that could potentially worsen your condition severely!  What other drug experience do you have and are you currently on any other medications?

personally i would really think about taking mushrooms if i were you.. dont over do it, maybe 1.5-1.8 grams..

if you are on medicine tho talk about tampering off.

this is a very natural healing that you can enjoy.  most medicines just block an energy system in the body, this creating a larger imbalance.  with a psychedelic you are able to tap into other bodies in your aura and bring better frequency to them.

most people think psychedelics and schizos equal disaster, i am quite opposite.

i would take shrooms over marijuana.  ecstasy can also help tremendously as long as you keep this drug under control as much as possible.

these are just my opinions i am not telling you to take these drugs.

Personally I'm currently experimenting by weening off my anti-psychotic medications and seeing if mushrooms can handle my symptoms or attack the cause of my (diagnosed) schizophrenia.

If it doesn't work, and I end up with worsening symptoms, hey, I'll take anti-psychotics again. But keep in mind my schizophrenia is mild; I don't hear voice for example.

As for your trauma - look into it! Somehow... look into it. I relived an episode of repressed childhood abuse when I had a panic attack in a public speaking situation. So a) they can come out at the worst of times and b) they can make you anxious as they are subconsciously relived, also you might think people are likely to harm you (as happens also in schizophrenia). You also develop a defensive personally to prevent any similar traumas after getting that horrible taste from childhood, and the repressed trauma/pain is stored in your muscular system (since your brain/psyche and body are intricately meshed) causing a defensive tension around ie. rough-looking people.

After I relived the experience, then later let out an incredible amount of tears, I felt much much much better, the defensive personality collapsed, and the muscle tension also went.

yes im also diagnosed schizophrenia but have really grown from the disorder.

i believe words are very over used in our society and that has caused many people in the western world to break down.  more and more enter these mental asylums everyday unfortunately.

i believe (and this is very opinionated) that not having psychedelic experiences can actually cause mental illness.

our world view is like a stack of cards.  40 years ago this stack of cards in the western world was huge but now its shrinking everyday, and now is almost nonexistent.

what psychedelic experiences do is almost reboot your world view.
