I was known within my group of friends to get black out drunk and pick up my guitar and play Bright Eyes songs to perfection. Apparently I sound just like him. Kind of depressing when I'm trying to write my own shit...I don't want to sound like I'm trying to be somebody else!!!!

yeah i used to be pretty in love with bright eyes but i guess i just out grew it. i actually decided to listen to "im wide awake its morning" a couple weeks ago and i still enjoy it for the most part. but it gives me this weird, depressed type of nostalgic feeling.

Amazing album. I get that feeling too, but I've (surprisingly) just discovered them about 1 1/2 years ago, despite my friend raving about them about 4 years ago....

He is an amazing writer. I really think if he didn't know Mike Mogis, he wouldn't have gotten where he is today though. Mike is a fucking brilliant artist and doesn't get enough recognition imo.

Although, Conor Oberst is an amazing lyricist. If only I was a girl...ooooo man.

haha. Maybe. I don't know and don't really care how I'm labeled so much. I'm pretty damn drunk right now. And in the past few weeks I've suffered a lot from my rapid cycling bipolar.

I was supposed to get 15 adderall on Friday, fell through. Friend got ahold of his friend, supposed to get them today, his friend fell through again.

Soooo...I don't know. I haven't had any stimulants aside from caffeine since 2007 when I was on a 4-5 month coke binge.

Kinda scared to have any more, but at the same time, I want to be able to focus my mind and just sit and write and write and write and write. We'll see I guess.
